Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing adjustment of individualized ABA therapy programs for children ages 2–6 in a center-based setting
- Conduct assessments and contribute to data-driven treatment planning
- Collect, review, and analyze client data to support clinical decision-making and measure progress
- Provide coaching, support, and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under BCBA supervision
- Partner with families to communicate progress, provide caregiver support, and reinforce treatment goals
- Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leaders, and operational teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Participate in team meetings, training opportunities, and clinic initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory requirements
- Support a positive, collaborative culture for clients, families, and team members
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and clinical excellence
Skills & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required
- Eligible to be licensed as a Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) with the Missouri State Licensing Board
- Planning to take the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) examination within 3 months of starting employment
- Ability to maintain compliance with all state licensing and certification requirements
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based treatment practices
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
- Previous experience providing ABA services in a clinic-based, center-based, school, or autism services setting
- Experience working with young learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Experience supporting or collaborating with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Familiarity with Vineland-3, VB-MAPP, ESDM, PRT, or other evidence-based assessment and treatment tools
- Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous professional growth
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and solutions-focused in challenging situations
- High emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills
- Experience partnering effectively with clinicians, leadership teams, and parents/caregivers
